Not long ago, about a month earlier, Samsung had made fun of iPhone X’s notch, headphone dongles, and more in its Galaxy Note 8 flagship smart phone ad, and the name of this ad is “Grow up with an upgrade to Galaxy”. To our surprise, today, the story has been renewed by Motorola, another famous mobile manufacturer, Mocks Samsung and Apple severely in its new Moto Z2 Play ad.
Before this advertisement of ‘Upgrade to Motorola’ Samsung released an anti-iPhone video which showcased the negatives of having an iPhone, and the company showcased to ‘Upgrade to Samsung.’ The company tried to mock Apple’s iPhones by showing the limited water resistance, limited storage, lack wireless charging, and the lack of writing features as present in Note series of Samsung.
Now, Motorola has put together an ad that bests Samsung’s message: “Up-upgrade to Motorola.” Motorola even hired an actor that looked eerily similar to the main character in Samsung’s ad.
The end of the story is the Main character who bought Samsung Galaxy Note 8 flagship to replace his old friend iPhone, now has abandoned Samsung, either, to turn to Motorola after seeing his girlfriend’s new Moto Z2 Play.
“We love your ads, but you forgot the end, and we’re on your way,” MOTOROLA said on its social network site.
So, as you see, the man just change the Samsung mobile phone and back home ready to tying on, but he’s girlfriend took out a Moto z2 Play, and press on the projector modules, with him watch their video on the wall.
The new phone showed in the ad, which is exactly the new smart phone of Motorola, Moto Z2 Play, which is priced at Rs 27,999 in India, and is equipped with a 5.5-inch full HD (1080p) Super AMOLED display with Corning Gorilla glass protection. It is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 626 octa-core 2.2GHz SoC paired with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage, which is expandable up to 2TB via microSD card.
